Positive: Our stay was short, but Annie did everything to make it as nice as possible. She even prepared some breakfast to go, even if we had to leave super early to catch our flight. She connected us with a very reliable driver, Joseph, who also took us to Nairobi city center and back, as well as to the airport the next morning. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and beds extremely comfortable.

Negative: All was great.

Positive: Very friendly host and very clean accommodations. Mary helped us arrange Uber to the airport and contacted the driver to make sure it will be on time.

Negative: There is no hot tub in the apartment although it was advertised as an amenity.

Positive: The hostess Mary was very helpful and attentive to guest needs. The location was perfect for staying close to the airport as well as the train station for Mombasa. The apartments were in a walled area with significant presence of security guards. Guests need to be aware though that the kitchen and sitting room are shared with other guests ... To be fair Mary makes that clear in her comms.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind ... Will definitely stay there again

Positive: Annie's place is located in a big and safe apartment complex. There is a security staff at the entrance gate. Mary (the host) is such a sweetie - we ordered some food and had a dinner together chatting. I had an early flight and Mary helped me to find a transfer to the airport and woke up early to prepare a breakfast for me. The room was clean and I had a private bathroom - it was quite enoigh for my short transfer in Nairobi. Thank you, Mery! All the best!

Positive: I loved everything about Annie's Place. Mary is an exceptional host and lovely company. She was waiting outside to greet me when I arrived. My bedroom and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean and had everything I needed. I felt very welcome sitting in the lounge room and eating my meals in the dining room. Mary prepared me a delicious vegetarian dinner in the evening (I will now try to find yellow beans in Australia). In the morning Mary got up at 4am to make me the most delicious Spanish omelette I have ever had before I was picked up for my tour. Mary also offered to help communicate with my tour guide about the pick up location. In the later afternoon I enjoyed a walk outside in the complex. It had a lovely community feel with lots of families and children riding bikes and playing soccer. There are also a couple of shops in the complex. I didn't to be close to the airport but I was looking for something that was value for money and I this was it! I highly recommend and I will definitely stay again next time I visit Kenya.
